Söz konusu atölye çalışması, J. F. Masterson'ın kendilik bozukluklarını, söz konusu bozuklukların intrapisişik yapısını ve bu yapıların duygu, davranış ve düşünce örüntüsündeki yansımalarını ya da bağlantılarını gözler önüne sererek, teorik ve klinik uygulamalar için önemli bir deneyimin paylaşılmasına zemin teşkil etmektedir.

In this context, this workshop aims to be a platform on which J. F. Masterson's self disorders, their intrapsychic structures will be recealed with their reflections on the patterns of feelings, behaviors and thoughts. It is also a ground for the sharing of experience of theoretical and clinical practice.
