This book shows with the latest scientific evidence how the bee products, particularly propolis, on which the most scientific research has been done, are successfully used in the treatment of some diseases. After the 'Regulation on the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Practices' enacted in our country, we think that the interest in the use of bee products in food and health will increase. However, it should be remembered that to process all bee products and especially to be used in the field of health, first we need competent then knowledgeable beekeepers.
